Not your usual kind of wine tasting... The Garnet Wine Club offers you the chance to try some of our best white, red and fizz. We aren't Sommeliers but we know what we like and we love variety. This evening is designed for you to try without the faff and the fluff of an expert tasting. So, come along and taste a variety of handpicked wines by our team and hosted by our very own wine-lover, Paul Francis Bryan.

George Plunkett: In Conversation with Jonathan Plunkett

In connection with Norwich Heritage Open Days, we are hosting a talk with Jonathan Plunkett, the son of Norwich Photographer - George Plunkett. Since 2012, the Garnet has hosted a variety of George Plunkett's intimate work, particularly his portraiture. This exhibition was originally put together by the local artist and friend of the Garnet, Paul Bryan. This evening hopes to once again invite people to engage with Plunkett's work as well as discuss its rich heritage. The event will be hosted by Paul Bryan and, locally renowned, Jonty Young (@norwichnow) on the evening of Thursday 15th September.

With the return of Love Light Festival, 17-19 February 2022, 5.30pm - 10pm, with stunning new installations, projections, and performances all designed to amaze and delight. Join us for our very first WINE TIME CHATS IGTV Live where we discuss our wonderful selection of wines hand picked by our team and independent wine merchant Lea & Sandeman all from the comfort of your own sofa!

Each week we will choose five of our wines to chat about with Lea & Sandeman and our rather FABULOUS special guest CYNTHIA FANDELL; looking into food pairing suggestions and tips for buying the right wine for you and the occasion. We will also offer an opportunity for you to get involved too and ask questions you might have at the end, so grab a glass and CHEERS!
