This wine is elegant and fine with a lovely weight of fruit behind it, and a refreshing backbone of acidity. Lovely red fruit flavours - think macerated strawberries, rhubarb and rose petals - and very fine tannins, this is much smarter than the modest price tag would have you believe. Organically farmed and only 5,000 bottles made of this, their second ever vintage - this is a treat both slightly chilled in warmer weather dining alfresco, or hunkered down when the barometer drops.
