We are loving this sparkling Rosata from Camillo Donati!

The vineyard is located in Parma, Italy about 300 meters above sea level and is organic as well as biodynamic and all the processes are done by hand. 

Camillo Donati is a well respected wine maker in the industry producing some world class sparkling wines.

This is a slightly creamy Pet Nat with super fruity flavours. Think cherries, raspberries and all the red fruits!
